SERMON PREP TEAM
August 24, 2017
DESCRIPTION:

Pastor Kevin is looking for a small team of 2-3 people that will assist in preparing sermons that will be delivered on Sunday mornings. As a part of this team, you will be given Pastor Kevin's sermon topics and ideas and will collaborate with the team to provide additional creative ideas, relevant stories and/or illustrations, graphic design ideas and even content and scripture references.
COMMITMENT:
-
Meet with the pastor once per month for 1-2 hours of prayer, discussion, brainstorming and strategizing.

Assist with topic research and contribute to sermon content and creative.
-
Attend all Sunday morning services unless on vacation or out due to illness.

Term: 1 Year

EVENT PLANNING TEAM
August 25, 2017
DESCRIPTION:
-
CLC has several annual events that require careful planning, preparing and execution. This team is made up of 3-5 people who love events. The EPT would be responsible for making sure our events are successful and meet the mission. We're looking for members that are creative, resourceful and passionate about serving others. This role may require physical labor at times but your ability to recruit volunteers is a big plus. CLC events are designed to reach out to our community with love and service as well as provide unique opportunities for fellowship within our organization. CLC events include but are not limited to:

COMMITMENT:

Team meeting once per month for 1-2 hours of prayer, discussion, brainstorming and strategizing.

Add'l meeting may be required closer to event times.

Assist with some or all aspects of executing successful events including communications, marketing, sourcing and fund-raising.

Attend all Sunday morning services unless on vacation or out due to illness.

INTERCESSORY PRAYER TEAM
August 25, 2017
DESCRIPTION:

Are you passionate about praying for others? Do you find yourself praying for people during the service. If you answered yes to these questions, then we challenge you to join the CLC Intercessory Prayer Team. Our Mission is to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit as we intercede on behalf of the lost and petition for those that need healing and his direction in their lives. We battle for the furtherance of the Kingdom of God as we support our pastors, leaders, ministries, and our congregation in prayer during all CLC Services.

COMMITMENT:

Attend CLC Intercessory Prayer Team training.

Meet for corporate prayer weekly.

Pray for our pastors, church leadership, church families and all church events.

Intercede for the lost daily.

Attend all Sunday morning services unless on vacation or out due to illness.

Attend all pre-service prayer opportunities.
