Pastor Kevin & Kristie along with their family, the Williams and Maria Truett (mom) obeyed God and planted a church in Salem, Oregon in 2009. Willing to start their church in their garage, God blessed them with great partners, a church to meet in and favor in their city. Now, years later and their fourth location, Pastor Kevin and Kristie continue to serve as the senior pastors and are both excited about the impact CLC is making in their community and the KINGDOM.

Pastor Kevin

In April of 2017, Pastor Kevin was elevated to the office of Bishop and overseer of the Northwest district of the Pentecostal Churches of Truth, Intl.  In August, he received the Trail Blazer (life achievement) award and an honorary doctorate degree (Th.D.) from Next Dimensions University in Los Angeles, CA. and is now completing his earned doctorates (D.Min & Ph.D.) graduating in 2019.

​Pastor Kevin is the host of “Straight Talk”, a television talk show that airs weekly in the capital city of Salem and is the author of “Position For Transition – Living in the Realm of Blessings”, “Real Fishing – Bait & Tackle Matter” and the series "The 21-Day Challenge" a 7-book devotional set designed to help you grow in specific areas of your life in 21 days.

Pastor Kristie

Kristie was born in San Antonio, Texas and is absolutely loyal to her Dallas Cowboys! That aside, she is an anointed teacher and heads up our OASIS Women's Ministry here at CLC. 

Pastor Randy & Michaelle Cearley relocated here from Richland, WA. They were part of Pastor Kevin & Kristie’s youth group as teens and trained and served as part of their youth staff for many years and was a big part of helping them build their youth camp from nothing to over 300 campers annually. They would later serve as youth pastors in Tri-Cities.

Pastor Randy & Michaelle are now Campus Pastors for our North Campus in Salem serving a team of pastors and leaders making a difference in the Salem/Keizer area. Michaelle is also the director of Student Development and our EPIC internship program.

Randy also serves on our CLC Board.

Kirstie is a talented and anointed worshiper. She has a heart to serve and you'll often find her not only preparing music, but also cleaning and preparing the church for worship. She is our CLC Worship Pastor and also has an anointing to deliver powerful messages via SPOKEN WORD.

Camilia joined our team here at CLC relocating from Detroit, Michigan where she served faithfully as the Kid's Pastor of her church. Her family was part of Pastor Kevin & Kristie's first launch team, planting City Life Worship Center in Des Moines, IA.  As a teenager, she served and trained under Pastor Kevin & Kristie and it is such a joy to have her serving with the team again!

Camilia spent some time serving our Kid's Church and now serves as the Creative Arts Pastor here at CLC, leading our dance team, drama team, paint nights and everything else creatively serving God. She also serves as our Young Adults Pastor. 

Deb comes to us with years of kid's ministry experience and has a heart and passion for children. Her desire is that our children have a genuine relationship with Jesus and have an understanding that none of them are too young to experience the blessings and power of God!

Maria has extensive ministry experience serving full time with her late husband, Dr. J.D. Truett.  Together they served all over the country as pastors, teachers and mentors.  Maria is an ordained minister and was an important part of the team that launched Connection Life Church back in 2009. In the beginning she wore several hats as our seniors ministry pastor and coordinator for ushers, greeters, nursery, and hospitality. She now continues to serve as our Seniors Ministry pastor here at CLC.

Mark serves as the director of our Next Dimension University, Salem campus. He comes to us with an M.Div. and is busy serving our community by regularly performing weddings and home going celebrations. Jennifer is one of our NDU students earning her M.Div. and also serves as our Missions Coordinator here at CLC. Mark & Jennifer are both licensed under the covering of Connection Life Church.

Bob comes to CLC with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Word. As a Bible teacher and college professor that is anointed and called, Bob provides the majority of Bible teaching here at CLC. From water baptism to end times, chances are, Bob's teaching it.

Darren and Deanna along with their four incredible children helped plant this church in 2009. Darren and Deanna are licensed and ordained ministers here at CLC, they both graduated from Eugene Bible College and now serve together as CLC Staff Pastors.
