CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

We are so excited for you and the decision you have made to accept Jesus as your
personal savior! Not only are we rejoicing for you, but the Bible says even the angels
of heaven are rejoicing over your decision. (Luke 15:4-7)

 

Many think that once they decide to give their life to God, they have to change
everything about their life. This really isn’t true. The truth is, a relationship with the
Father causes our life to change and it’s not by our strength but by His. In ourselves,
we don’t have the power to change anything, but through Him, we begin to see everything change.

 

A total transformation doesn’t happen overnight, but as your relationship with God grows, so do you.

 

Here at CLC, we don’t expect anyone to be perfect. We accept you as you are and believe with you that God is changing all of us each and every day.

I’M SAVED. NOW WHAT?

 

STEP 1 – LOVE GOD

God loved us so much, He came in the form of His Son and died to pay the price for our salvation. Love Him back and with all of your heart. (John. 3:16, Mark 12:28-31)

STEP 2 – LOVE PEOPLE
Now God doesn’t just love us, He is love. And we should now share Him with everyone. Share love and you share God. (1 John 4:20,21)

STEP 3 – TRUST GOD
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; (Prov 3:5) Being dependent on our own power has caused us much trouble. But put your trust in God and live with a peace that no one can comprehend. (Ph. 4:7)

STEP 4 – SERVE GOD
Live as free men, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as servants of God. (1 Pet 2:16) But be sure to fear the LORD and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great things he has done for you. (1 Sam 12:24)
